Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from when we receive your order confirmation email and dispatched through Australia Post. During busy periods like sale events, catalogues and Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer. Please allow 3-4 business days for dispatch.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We offer Australia wide shipping with a $12 standard shipping fee (excluding bulky items) or $19 express shipping fee (excluding bulky items).

Shipping Time Frames:

For standard shipping, estimated 2-5 business days for metro to metro delivery and up to 11 business days for all other locations. 

For express shipping, estimated 1-2 business days for same state delivery and interstate capital cities. 2-5 business days for all other locations.

FREE standard shipping for all orders over $150 within Australia.
