Refund Policy

At Franki and Cove we have a 7 day change of mind return policy.

You are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. On receiving your order, you will need to contact us at hello@frankiandcove.com within 7 days to inform us of your intention to return the item(s). Once we have replied to your email you must return your item(s) to us within 7 days. We will then issue you a credit note, which is valid for 6 months.

To be eligible for a return the item(s) must be in perfect condition; unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Items sent to us without requesting a return, unfortunately, will not be accepted. In your email please include:

  • Order date
  • Order number
  • Receipt or proof of purchase
  • Item(s) you are returning
  • Your reason for returning your purchase. (This will assist us in improving our service in the future)

Ensure your item(s) are packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item(s), as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect your item(s) to ensure it is in perfect condition and then issue you your credit note. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item(s) does not meet the above conditions.

Unfortunately, there are no returns on Mystery Boxes and sale items.

Faulty goods / Wrong product supplied

Our aim is to always deliver our customers with products of the highest standard. Therefore, all items are carefully inspected prior to shipping. However, if the item(s) you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, is damaged or you have received the incorrect product, please contact us immediately at hello@frankiandcove.com with photos and proof of purchase of your faulty, damaged or wrong supplied product(s), so we can ensure a prompt and efficient outcome for you.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like mystery boxes, personal care products, earrings and special orders.
